Overview<br />
<br />
•Responsible for working alongside managers and accepting delegated responsibilities and duties with the goal of eventually becoming a manager<br />
•The management trainee development program will prepare them for the decisions and actions they will be making, and the actions they will be taking in the areas of product management, people management, and operations management when they assume the role of a manager<br />
<br />
Primary Responsibilities<br />
<br />
•Works with other managers to plan and direct the work of the organization including Product Management, Market Analysis, Inbound and Outbound Marketing Strategy, Data Mining &amp; Reporting, Campaign Planning &amp; Executions, Budget Handling, etc.<br />
•Gains knowledge and experience required for managerial positions under the direction of experienced managers by performing the duties assigned to them<br />
•Develop skills by gaining practical experience in each of the department areas.<br />
•Develop people skills that will allow them to successfully lead their own team. They are also expected to set the pace for service excellence at all times<br />
•Learns business by completing work assignments in operational view and by immersing into organization including understanding of each teams’ dynamics and nature of the business as a whole<br />
•Attend periodic evaluations<br />
•Work with and through management to develop and implement actions that protect company assets and profitability<br />

Qualifications<br />
<br />
•No Work Experience Required<br />
•Willing to Relocate in Philippines<br />
•Can work under pressure<br />
•Good interpersonal skills<br />
•Required Language(s): English, Malaysian (or Chinese)
